Description

A haven of peace and greenery, for a large family with teenagers, in the heart of the eastern center of the city of Toulon, our atypical and semi-detached townhouse of 180 m2 in an industrial style is subtly hidden from the surrounding high urban planning. Slightly opposite, our house has a wooden garden terrace in the shade of trees (120m2 of space arranged outside - sunbeds - dining area..) and a small Bali-style pool (1.5m*5m). The space ON the ground floor: Large air-conditioned living space of 70m2 kitchen open to the living and dining room overlooking a bright canopy space offering a foosball corner and another seating or reading area. For the motivated, a pole-dance bar (to be practiced in moderation and under the responsible attention of the parents) and a piano are also available. On the ground floor, bedroom n1 northeast and bedroom n2 northwest, both cool of 13 m2 or more with 140 beds ideal for teenagers or parents with toddlers. Both air-conditioned. Bathroom n1 on the ground floor overlooks bedroom n1, Italian shower. Both bedrooms are close to the toilet. Also on the ground floor, laundry area, another freezer area and cleaning tools.    Upstairs:  Child room n3 northwest 12 m2 air conditioned. 140 bed. overlooking a glass area and creative workshop.  Adult room n4 southwest 20m2 air conditioned. Bed 160 overlooking an upstairs terrace of 18m2 Bedroom n5 south 18m2, 140 bed open to the same terrace upstairs   Bedroom n6 southeast 8m2 air-conditioned but very well furnished, proximity to WC and bathroom to the north, with bathtub and double sinks. WC  CLEANING: Review the House Rules. The Tenant (traveler) will return the house clean, Kitchen and bathroom toilets clean, dirty sheets and pillowcases taken down to the laundry room, and the floor of the house vacuumed and washed, the basin and the outside clean. Trash cans emptied. Otherwise, a fee of 300 euros for the house will be requested and 100 euros for the pool. Guest access No other access to amenities shared with the neighborhood. Other things to note NO PARKING: there is no garage, parking in the surrounding area is usually easy. A few steps are enough for the driver, after dropping off their passengers at the gate, to reach the house. CLEANING: the tenant will make the house clean, toilets, kitchen and bathrooms clean, sheets and pillowcases down in the laundry room, and the floor of the house vacuumed, the pool and the outside clean. If not, a flat rate of 250 euros will be requested. Upstairs the rooms to the north have an unobstructed view of the Faron mountain. KITCHEN: fully equipped, a gas plancha outside.  MISCELLANEOUS: videophone gate entrance, mosquito nets on most of the windows, the house is air-conditioned and remains cool naturally. BEACHES: Toulon beaches are 10 minutes by car, Hyères beaches 20 minutes by car. BICYCLE: bike path from Toulon to Hyères 300 m away. The tenant will bring or rent their bikes.
