The price includes an outdoor hot tub and 2 paddle boards. From the yard of the apartment, a path leads to the forest and from there to the playground. The house has an air heat pump. The villa has 1 bedroom and a large loft with a sofa bed and 2 beds. Please note that in summer, the loft can be a bright place to sleep. *Please note that the apartment is NOT rented for parties The space The villa is located within walking distance of the area's most popular beach, Lake Karperö in Carpella. Next to it is also a barbecue bar where you can get food and drinks, and in the summer Carpella has a beach kiosk. The rental of the villa includes SUP boards in SUMMER, with which you can paddle on the lake (note that you carry the boards to the beach yourself). The rental of the villa always includes a ready-made outdoor hot tub for a maximum of 4 people, take this into account if you are staying 6, the pool is not very large and can be cramped for four. The villa also has an electric sauna. There is a garage in the yard of the villa, but it is not available to guests. The villa has two bedrooms downstairs (one with a 160 cm bed, the other with a 120 cm bed) and a loft upstairs, where you can sleep 2 + 2 (2 beds, one sofa bed). (NOTE: The loft is bright in summer) One room of the villa is locked, as there are personal belongings of the owner of the villa. This door must not be opened. The villa's yard also has a fireplace and the villa also includes a large barbecue. In the yard of the villa, there are red and black currants, gooseberries, cherries, apples and grapes that you can eat if they are ripe during your visit. The rental of the villa always includes an outdoor hot tub that can accommodate 4 people, but please note that it is a small pool and it can be cramped for up to four people. The rental of the villa also includes the SUP boards DURING THE SUMMER and the tenant must carry the boards to the beach and back if they want to use them. Berries and fruits growing in the yard of the villa can be eaten if they are ripe during your visit. There is a fireplace in the backyard of the villa and from the backyard you can access the forest that leads to, for example, a children's playground and from there you can also take a shortcut to the lake across the meadow.
