This huge and beautifully styled townhouse is the perfect space for a family stay, whether you are visiting or relocating to LA or perhaps need a space to call home while you are renovating your own home. Situated in the residential neighborhood of Ladera Heights, this home is the perfectly situated between Playa Vista, Culver City, LAX and the beach cities. This modern and open floor plan provides various spacious for you and your family to relax and enjoy your time in LA. The space You'll enter the two story townhouse through a spacious and modern living room with elevated dining area. Sliding glass doors and soaring ceilings in the living room make this space feel comforting and airy. Continue to the back of the home, you'll pass a half bathroom on the ground floor near the open concept kitchen with counter top dining and a family room that is perfect for lounging and playing games. The family room opens into a private back patio area with outdoor dining table, BBQ grill and small turfed area. On the second floor, there are two large bedrooms - one with a King Bed and one with dual twin beds. Both have en-suite full bathrooms and plenty of space to add a pack n' play or inflatable mattress for additional guests. ✓Full Kitchen ✓Outdoor patio and courtyard ✓Self check-in (keypad) ✓Super Fast Wifi (1 GB) ✓Two 55" 4K Smart TVs (Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV) ✓Secure Garage with parking for 2 vehicles ✓Free Washer and Dryer (1/28/23 - Washer is out of service and will be repaired shortly based on part availability) ✓Portable AC units in both 2nd floor bedrooms + Minisplit AC units downstairs living spaces We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies. We love our guests and strive to provide the best experience possible. Please familiarize yourself with these additional rules prior to booking -Booked guests only, please NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS allowed on the property (at any time of day), without host's prior agreement -NO PARTIES -Unit equipped with NoiseAware smart home noise detection sensors and monitoring system -Parties or excessive noise of any kind will result in eviction by our onsite security team and non-refundable cancellation of reservation -Community quite hours between 10pm and before 8am - This is a peaceful quiet community. -No alcohol, glass or music at the BBQ deck. Please remove all trash and return furniture to original location. -NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind in the unit OR anywhere on the property. This has a major impact on future guests and neighbors. $300 penalty will be charged. -Guests with zero prior host reviews (or negative/questionable reviews) will be required to pay a $300 additional security deposit. This will be requested through Airbnb's payment system and MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ARRIVAL or your reservation will be cancelled (a house rule violation). The security deposit will be returned 1 day after checkout. -LA County requires a 12% Transient Occupancy Tax which will be included in booking fees -All guests must have a valid working phone number so we are able to contact them if needed. Failure to provide this can result in non-refundable cancellation of reservation. -Please respect our future guests. Our cleaning crew requires all the time after check-out to prepare for the next guest. Guest must check-out on time. Failure to do so can result in $50/hour penalty for the 1st two hours. After two hours guest will be charged a penalty of one full nightly rack rate(this can vary from the rate the guest booked at). This penalty does not provide guest the right to stay an additional night, but serves as a penalty for late check-out only. Guest access The entire unit will be 100% private for guests. You will also have a private patio and garage.
