The house is in the centre of gravity of Corfu island, only 9 kilometres from Corfu Town and very close to wonderful beaches in the west(Kontogialos, Glyfada, Aghios Gordios).Only with 15 minutes drive you are reaching Corfu Town or in 15 minutes Kontogialos and 25 for Glyfada. Fully equipped to support your rest, has the amenities of a real house. Ideal for either families with kids or for one or two couples. The space The house is the lower flat of a two storey building, surrounded by tall olive trees, with its own courtyard and garden. The courtyard is separated for use by the guests of this lower flat. Outside there is space for parking of a car on a private land. Inside within its 90 square meters the flat has two bedrooms with an A/C each , a living room with a 43'' HD TV set, a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meal, if you wish, a dining room and a big bathroom (WC).The place is isolated and quiet. Guest access The flat and all the area belonging to that it is for sole use by its guests. Other things to note Your choice to select the specific house brings you closer to nature and serenity is all that you expect. You may grab the opportunity to get to sleep well as due to low traffic in the vicinity during the night the only sounds you hear is those of cuckoo bird and also of the leafhopper. The house is situated on the village called Kalafationes which is on the south west direction from Corfu Town and the Airport. The village it is the centre of gravity of Corfu as the distances either to moving to north or to the south is similar. Same happens if you need to move to the west or to the east direction. That is why it is a perfect selection for guests willing both to explore the island to all its directions, stay close to the city and also have the opportunity to rest. Selection of this house entails a transport mean, preferably a car or a motorcycle as there is a bus stop at 200 meters from the house but from Monday to Friday there are only 5 itineraries ending at 1800 daily and during week-ends there are only 3 itineraries.
