Nestled perfectly amongst the swaying palms, situated in the middle of a private double lot, this gorgeous 1,800 sq ft cedar beachfront home has the best of everything with breathtaking views from every angle and steps away from the water's edge. The space Little Gasparilla Island (LGI) is a barrier island with seven miles of beautiful white sand beaches on the west coast of south Florida. The island IS ONLY ACCCESSIBLE BY BOAT, which makes it the perfect getaway to relax, enjoy beach life, and great fishing. There is a water taxi service ( runs normal rate hours 8:30am~5:00pm) or boats are available to rent to make the quick 8 minute ride from the mainland. The house is located on the beach facing the Gulf of Mexico and accommodates up to 6 guests. ***LGI has no restaurants or grocery stores*** This beautiful home has 2 bedrooms (Master has King size bed, 2nd bedroom upstairs has a Queen size bed and bathroom, downstairs living space has a Queen size Pull out couch, and 1 full baths. It has a fully equipped kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances. There is a dining area inside and out. INDOOR amenities: Brand new Air-conditioning unit in 2022 KITCHEN: dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig Dual coffee maker(pot and single cup) with filters, coffee and pods included, plenty of glasses/dishes/utensils, pots/pans, blender, hand mixer Dish soap, Dishwasher pods, sponges, garbage bags, paper towels included. BATHROOM: hair dryer, Spa like shower and bathtub, dual sinks, plenty of towels, beach towels, wash clothes and pet towels. Toliet paper, Hand Soap, shampoo, conditioner, miscs personal items ( razors, sunscreen, toothbrushes, tampons, dental floss, aloe, bandaids etc there if needed, and First aid kit LIVING AREA: BRAND NEW smart TV, pull out couch has Queen Sealy Gel Foam mattress, games and books MASTER: large closet, vacuum, ironing board/iron, plenty of spare bedding. 2ND BEDROOM: Ensuite 3/4 bath, Large walk in closet, plenty of spare bedding and towels. Delivery can be made/picked up from PUBLIX in CAPE HAZE and Walmart in ENGLEWOOD by Evan.
