Our historic bungalow is in the quiet Five Points neighborhood, less than a mile from downtown Asheville and less than 1/2 mile to UNCA campus. There is a keypad private entry to this walk-out suite. Guests can access the yard and gardens, a covered porch with a swing bed, and an outdoor dining area. There is off-street parking. Walkers enjoy proximity to downtown, the Botanical Gardens, the Reed Creek Greenway, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. There is also sauna/cold plunge availability. The space Marta, Mike, and Rachael host this space. We provide off-street parking in our driveway. Walk through the back gate and along the gravel path. There is signage to direct you to your suite. We provide high-quality bedding, towels, soap and shampoo, coffee, tea, snacks, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. This suite is a great space for remote workers and the perfect launching point to enjoy all of the amenities of Downtown Asheville, the Five Points and Montford neighborhoods, and the surrounding National Parks, forests, and waterfalls. Upon your return, it’s your cozy space to relax. Message Marta re sauna/cold plunge availability. If the sauna and cold plunge are available during your stay, the cost will be $60.00 for the first day and $40.00 for each additional day. Other things to note When you arrive, check your arrival instructions on the Airbnb app so you’ll know where to park. There you’ll see the photos of the gate and gravel walkway to your space. You will have the whole backyard, porch swing, and umbrella table and chairs to yourselves. Also, our dog’s name is Chickpea. She usually wanders in and out and greets guests who are comfortable with dogs. If not, just let us know, and we can keep her in the house. She’s happy either way, so don’t be shy in letting us know about that or any other information we should know to make your stay more pleasant.
