A traditional fishing village, Grau d'Agde is located on the edge of the Mediterranean on the left bank of the Hérault. Come and enjoy its beaches, auction, water activities and daily market. The studio is located on the 1 st line at the foot of the beach and seaside shops. A stone's throw from the center of the village, the boulodrome, and free parking. There is a bicycle room in the residence and a bike path on the waterfront! Enjoy this cocoon in the land of cicadas! The space An entrance hall with cupboards and a bathroom. You have to go down 3 steps to access the living room. You also have a terrace overlooking the village. ⚠️ Please note that linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats) are not provided, remember to bring them in your suitcases! In order not to inflate the bill, I have not included a cleaning fee, but by adding €50, you have the possibility not to worry about it 🧹🪠🚽🧻🪣🧽 Guest access The studio is located on the 2nd floor without elevator... it's good for the thighs and glutes! Other things to note If you want to travel by bus, it passes every hour in front of the village post office. It makes several stops, including Agde station. Another line also provides a trip to Cap d'Agde.
