The casita sits on a half acre just 5 minutes from 5 Points (Center of East Nashville) and 15 minutes from the downtown loop in a charming 1950's Atomic Ranch neighborhood. Walking distance to Shelby Park Greenway (walking/biking trails) and a short drive/LYFT/UBER to all that Nashville has to offer... music venues, coffee shops, delicious restaurants, cool boutiques and more! The space Nash Casita is a travelers dream and was specifically designed with amenities that make life on the road a treat. Completely private. Two dedicated parking spots are located just a few feet from the entrance. We offer a keyless entry which makes for a streamlined check-in/check-out experience. In the guest house you will find modern concrete floors, a comfy couch, TV, wifi, bluetooth speaker, dimmable lighting, wardrobe, healthy snacks, Keurig coffee maker (cream/sugar), electric kettle, mini fridge, kitchen sink, new mini-split HVAC unit, highly rated gel memory foam (medium/soft) QUEEN mattress, soft cotton sheets, Dohm sound machine, hairdryer, small ironing board and iron, full bathroom (standing shower, toilet and marble vanity) with plush towels and Thistle Farms products: hand soap, travel size lavender lotion and "Head to Toe Body Wash" and a travel shampoo. The covered porch is the perfect place for coffee, tea, reading or a glass of wine... you may even spot a family of deer leisurely strolling by. * Please note we only allow 2 guests maximum. Guest access Our neighborhood is easily drivable and parking can be found in pretty much any area. Uber/Lyft are also readily available in our area. Other things to note The beautiful concrete floors are modern and durable, but can be a bit chilly. Don't forget to bring your favorite fluffy socks or slippers.
