** Summer 2026 dates are now open** The sprawling property includes a forested area with large fire pit, a spring fed creek that runs through the property and leads to a cove in a private lake. The home overlooks a large beach with a dock and water slide. The lower level includes a massive patio and indoor/outdoor game room with tons of arcade games. The main level of the home has a massive deck with multiple dining areas. The interior is newly updated, cozy and bright. The space We have been updating this home since we purchased it in 2020 and will continue to update the unfinished spaces (which are locked to guests) during the off-season, so please come back to see what’s new! In 2019 the area experienced historic flooding and for that reason, the ground floor is now an indoor/outdoor game room with garage doors that opens up to the patio and beach. This space is great for parties rain or shine! Tons of games, a bar, tv with Roku box and tables for kids and adults. The games include: Ridge Racer arcade game, Simpsons Arcade game, Terminator, Killer instinct, paw patrol mini arcade game for young kids, a fooseball table, skee ball, air hockey, corn hole set, arcade style basketball hoop and a vintage Pachinko game. In the winter we keep the game room partially heated so while it’s not part of the living space it’s still usable all year round although cold days require a sweater as it is typically between 55°-65°F. The main portion of the home is on the second and third levels. Level two is the kitchen/dining, living room, main floor bathroom with washer/dryer and the two bedrooms. That level also has access to a large deck with a gas grill, two dining tables and a hammock. The third floor contains a large primary suite with private bathroom and a small deck that overlooks the beach. The garage has room to park two vehicles plus the crappie cove power wheels jeep fleet for kids! Outside there is a ton of green space for kids to ride in power wheels, playing and enjoying the day. A large cement patio with 6 cushioned chairs and 3 patio lounge chairs before hitting the private beach which we rake and sift often to keep the sand soft! There is a variety of water floaties, beach toys, sunscreen, bug spray, and plenty of beach towels. The forest area is tons of fun to explore. It has a fire pit and a spring fed creek running through it and into the lake. Guest access Guests will have the entire property to themselves including the beach and a large forest area with fire pit. The home is large and split into two halves. Guests will have access to the lakeside half of the house. The other half is blocked off with locked doors. For your safety, guests are not allowed in those areas. Other things to note Children must be supervised outside at all times as the house is lakeside. Guests must wear life jackets on kayaks or the paddle boat. Children must also wear life jackets while swimming if they are not proficient swimmers. We have a large deck box in the game room which has a variety of life jackets including lots of jackets for young children. The lake association asks anyone swimming, kayaking/paddle boating in the lake stay within 30 ft of shore to avoid motorized boat traffic. No smoking and no illegal drugs or activity will be tolerated.
