Our spacious 2 BR / 2 Bath beach home is located in North Mission Beach on York Court a quiet pedestrian court. The beach, bay, shops, restaurants and groceries are all easily walkable. Just 20 steps to the beach and with everything you need including surf and boogie boards, beach toys, chairs, and more. Our home is set up with large bedrooms and large common spaces, so everyone gets the together and alone space! Easy walk to restaurants and bars or stay in and use the fully equipped kitchen or grill outside and watch the sunsets. No stress to park as we have large spots. Bring your bikes and keep them in the garage. Use our beach gear--we have everything, and I mean everything you could want. Ideal beach vacation spot for all ages. Try surfing as we have 8 eight beginner boards you can use. The surf class is one block away so take a lesson and then practice at your leisure. If you prefer boogie or skim boards, we have those as well-- along with beach toys, cooler, cart, beach towels and chairs. Ready set Vacation time. Dog welcome and beach allows dogs in the morning and late afternoon. Primary Bedroom: The space includes a luxury king bed and a full day bed and ensuite fully stocked bathroom. Perfect for a couple or space for a family. There is also a single rollaway bed in the closet which will easily fit in the spacious bedroom. Or if you would like to use the pack n play for a young child that is also available. Desk area for remote work. Lots of closet and storage space. Yes, AC and heat to keep your room temperature just right. Bedroom Two: Queen bed with luxury mattress and a separate bunk bed so sleeping options. Keep cozy and comfy with AC and heat to keep the temperature just right. Also a desk area for remote work or art station in this room. Living area: Large open space to play a board game, sit and watch the ocean, sunset or all the action on the boardwalk. We can see the boardwalk but not a fishbowl of being on it so you can see it from the privacy of you deck or living room. Two oversized sofas, and some sitting cubes so room for a larger group or just cozy up with a few friends. Watch a movie or catch the game 55-inch Smart TV streams all your favorite apps. Bathroom Two: Full-size bath stocked with all the essentials: including shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. We have everything and extra towels. Laundry: The washer and dryer are located in the two-car garage. Laundry soap is provided for guests. View Decks Private deck off living room for outside dining, sunset watching or lounge in the sun. Quiet hours 10PM-8AM due to San Diego Noise Ordinance: we are in a neighborhood where that is enforced. We are one building from the Beach and Boardwalk and sit on a quieter walking only Court with lots of other long-term residents and some other rentals as well. Lots of SDSU families stay here too.
