We live in a historic 1907 home with two recently renovated, private units. The home benefits from loads of southern sunlight, and we're blessed with two (2!) porches—back and side—to which you're invited to enjoy. We're one block from the Cherry Creek Trail, by which you can walk/bike/scoot right to heart of Downtown and beyond; or head the opposite direction toward the upscale Shopping District 1 mi. away. The space The garden-level is accessed from the backside of the house, where you'll have a dedicated off-street parking space. There's a keyless entry, so you can check yourself in at your convenience. The space itself is cozy and fully-stocked, whether your stay is measured in nights or months. The kitchen is complete with cook- and dinnerware, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and even a stacked washer-dryer tucked away in a closet to the side. There are two comfortable bedrooms with Queen beds and closets in each, as well as an air mattress. The living space is cozy and well-suited for a night in—see Netflix-equipped TV and electric fireplace. Bathroom with towels and storage for toiletries, and a shower with refreshingly vigorous water pressure. There's a dining room table that can seat 4-6, as well as a work desk if you need it.
