Beach Bungalow and Oyster Bay-Sunset Beach

Totally remodeled beach home at Oyster Bay Golf course in quiet neighborhood on 11th hole. The beach & restaurants are just a short drive away. Our home has beautiful granite counter-tops, stainless appliances, very large showers that fit 2 people nicely for those who want to conserve water :). Fully equipped home that makes for a fun adventure. There is a 3-day minimum stay and must be at least 25 to rent. Our home is located about 45 miles south of Wilmington & 5 miles north of SC. The space Our home is used by my grown family also. Because of this, between the months of June and August, our maximum rental period is 10 days. What's the use of having a beach house if you can't use it in the summer months. The house is new on the inside, beautifully remodeled and if you rent you only need to bring food and clothes we provide "almost" everything else you would need for an enjoyable stay. Guest access Keys are in the lockbox, we provide the access code, and your trip begins. Other things to note This is our home and we have very close neighbors. You can have a good time but be respectful of our friends and neighbors.
