Located on the second floor (above the owner’s apartment), the property consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, TV, and DVD player; a spacious kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, gas stove, and dishes; a bathroom with a shower and bidet; a double bedroom; a single bedroom with two beds; and a garden with playground equipment, a table, and a barbecue. We provide bed linens, blankets, and duvets depending on the season, as well as bath towels and kitchen linens, all included in the price. The house has a large garden with a table, umbrella, barbecue, and games for children. Pets are allowed only if they are accustomed to living in an apartment (one pet at most), upon request, and subject to a €30 final cleaning fee (to be added when you enter the number of guests in the pet box).
