Luxury 2 Bedroom Condo - 3 Blocks from the Beach

This stylish and comfortable air conditioned condo in the heart of town is the perfect place to make the most of your trip to the beautiful Mexican Mayan Riviera. Being two blocks from the famous 5th Ave you won't run out of things to do. And to relax after all of the fun, you have the beach only three blocks away. The space The condo is a new 2 bedroom, 1 bath, fully equipped apartment with high end finishings. You have two AC units, three ceiling fans and an extra standing fan if needed to keep cool. There is one bed in each of the two bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other a queen bed. Off the master bedroom, you have a balcony where you can relax and take in the sunsets at the end of the day. The bathroom is smaller but functional, with a rain shower and the basic toiletries you might need. And in case you don't want to eat out (the best taco stands in Playa are across the street from the apartment), you can do some cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or take advantage of the grill in the common area downstairs. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment, and the building common area (pool, grill and lounging area). Other things to note This apartment is located on the third floor and unfortunately does not have an elevator. Please be prepared to make the trip up two flights of stairs.
