Beautiful lakeside B&B next to bike path with lake access. The Woodside Room has a queen size bed and desk. It shares a full bathroom with one other guestroom. Lake access includes a private beach with chairs, a canoe & kayak. A simple Continental Breakfast is served. Limited kitchen access is available upon request. Bike, swim, kayak, canoe or cross-country ski out the front door. Enjoy this idyllic setting and all it has to offer! Tranquil, private setting on beautiful Lake Memphremagog. Guest access Access to the beach and outside area is freely available. Access to the rest of the house is limited as I live here. Some kitchen access is available upon request. Other things to note My home is located on a private, single lane, dirt road. During winter, the road is plowed and sanded but an AWD or snow tires are recommended.
