Tranquil, private setting on beautiful Lake Memphremagog. This cozy room is very quiet. House is adjacent to the bike path and has lake access. Surrounded by woods, perfect place to enjoy the outdoors or get your muse on. Access to the beach and outside area is freely available. Access to the rest of the house is limited as I live here. Some kitchen access is available upon request. My home is located on a private, single lane, dirt road. During winter, the road is plowed and sanded but an AWD or snow tires are recommended. Light weight vehicles with only all-season tires have had difficulty navigating my small hill.
