This gorgeous 3 bedroom lakefront rental home has 4 double beds. TV's are in every room. This home also has a full kitchen with stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, large dining table with chairs, living room with couches and TV, 2 full private bathroom, linens included and a large covered porch overlooking the lake with outdoor furniture. Within a 30-40 minute drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge! We do have a boat ramp and restaurant onsite! The space Coral colored house on the lake with a carport. There is a gas grill under the carport. We have a key pad entry in which the code will be provided upon check-in. Check-in time is 3pm. If you plan to arrive after 5, please contact me, if someone hasn’t you contacted already. There is parking for up to three vehicles and we have overflow parking as well. We are sorry, but pets are not allowed. In the basement is our laundry area so you may someone access that area, but they should be wearing staff shirts. The basement is to the right of the carport and says employees only. The house features 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has two double beds and the other two bedrooms have one full size bed in each. There is a TV in every room. Wi-Fi is available. It is “swannsguest” and there is not a password. There are extra blankets and pillows stored in the closet. We have a few games and there are also a playpen and highchair in the kitchen closet. There are two full size bathrooms. One bathroom as you go into the left of the entrance has a stand up shower. The other bathroom between the 3 bedrooms is a shower/tub combo. Both bathrooms comes with hand towels, towels, and rags. We provide make up wipes, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Please do not flush any paper towels and/or feminine products down the toilet. There is a laundry bag provided to put your used towels in. There is a full size kitchen with a dining table that seats six. In the kitchen, features are a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots/pans, silverware/utensils, bowls, plates, and cups. Dishwashing liquid is provided for the sink and pods for the dishwasher. Upon departure, if there are any dirty dishes, please load them in the dishwasher and run the cycle. There is a nice front porch area with seating and a fire pit in front of the house(please do not move it). There is no smoking allowed in the house. If you are a smoker, PLEASE smoke outside and discard your cigarette butts appropriately. PLEASE do not through them in the yard. There is an ashtray on the porch. Check out time is 11am. Please make sure all dirty towels are in the laundry basket, dishwasher is running if needed, and pull all trash please. There are dumpsters by the bath house as you come in to the left before you get to the Lake House and there are also dumpsters behind the on-site restaurant on the property. Also, the thermostat should be set at 72 degrees during the summer and 68 degrees during the winter. We also welcome any feedback/suggestions/comments you may have. We also offer pontoon boat rentals and have a wonderful restaurant on site. Other things to note There is a refundable $150.00 deposit due upon check in.
