It is a ground floor apartment, however, it has 1 steps to get on to the deck that leads to the entrance, there are 3 steps to get to the living floor from the entrance and kitchen, The living space is all at one level. Free Netflix on smart TV. There is a digital camera at the entrance that faces outwards only. Smoking, use of illegal drugs, vaping, cannabis and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the apartment. No pets allowed. This location is ideal to explore all that Rochester has to offer. We can provide discounted Limo service if you need to be picked up/dropped to the airport which is about 15 minutes away. This studio is centrally located to enjoy finger lakes and their famous wineries for a day trip or see Niagara Falls and then returning to the comfortable place where you are staying. There are 2 units in this house that are completely locked out from each other and are independent of each other. The driveway is common between the two adjacent house. There may or may not be tenants in the other apartments. We strive to cater for professionals and the place is always very quiet. Your parking is in the parking space BEHIND THE GARAGE of the adjacent house. Please park in one spot only the other spot is reserved for the other tenants. If you have more than one vehicles then park them across the street in the Mt. hope plaza parking lot or side streets. There is a Digital camera at the entrance for safety. Instructions for the sofa bed. Please note that an extra set of sheet, towels and blanket are in the closet in the gym/ exercise room. While the couch is big enough for one person to sleep, but If you need to make a full bed of the couch then kindly pull the whole couch forward to clear from the wall to make room for it to open. Then lift up the front of the couch half way and then it would unlock to open and become a flat bed. To close it back repeat the same maneuver until it locks and then pull it back down to its original position and then push it back along the wall.thanks
