The double bed is neatly tucked into the corner of the living room. Large TV with surround sound in the living room. Full kitchen with everything you might need to cook a full meal. * Complimentary breakfast items and snacks provided for your convenience in the full size apartment kitchen. Private garden patio with outdoor eating area and a beautiful flower garden tucked under the patio tree. Scenic views of boulders, flower garden, and Big Cedar (at the far end of property) from your private patio. Scenic views of river, creek, nature, rock structures, pool, boulders, fountains, and historical features as you walk around the estate. Truly a one of a kind experience! Guest access Private detached guest apartment and apartment patio area are for guests’ exclusive use. Pool deck, outside kitchen, tennis court and all other outdoor areas are for guests’ exclusive use until dusk. Although we try to provide our guests complete privacy, we occasionally need to do maintenance in outdoor areas to provide guests a safe and beautiful environment. Pool is open to guests June-August. Hot tub is closed for updates until further notice. Other things to note This is an adult only property. We are set in a rural historical natural setting. We encourage our guests to enjoy and explore while they are here. Please use caution as some stone stairs on the property date back to the 1800’s and stones may be loose. Pathways and walkways may be uneven. Our two maintained fields are mostly flat but other areas can be very rocky. We are surrounded by nature and two bodies of water-wildlife is abundant. Please do not interact with any wildlife but enjoy the beauty of their co-existence with us on this beautiful property! Blue herons regularly fly over both creeks. Deer, mink, a resident groundhog, armadillos, snakes, frogs etc. are just some of the wildlife you might see while staying with us. Be aware of where you step and use extreme caution if you choose to venture on trails - they can be slick, steep and rocky in areas. As with all natural settings in Georgia, you could encounter snakes. Snakes in nature will naturally try to avoid humans and will usually make haste to get away from humans unless they feel threatened or provoked. We are also provide care and foster homeless kitties. Feel free to show them love if you see them during your stay!
