A Buffalo Dream in the Heart of Historic BlackRock

Welcome to a Buffalo Dream in the heart of the historic Black Rock neighborhood. After staying in Airbnb's worldwide I'm grateful to welcome you into the bright, beautiful apartment on the 1st level of my home. Original hardwoods, tall ceilings, spacious & cozy. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare food. Shared front porch. High speed internet, *ROKU TV: Login to your own streaming accts, comp access to Netflix only. Thoughtful touches. Canna friendly (no smoking indoors). The space Buffalo Dream is a newly renovated, 125 year old house with tall ceilings and rich, beautiful hardwood floors. You have the entire apartment to yourselves. The apartment is the lower unit, spacious, cozy, and decorated to inspired your senses - lots of color and texture. -Bedroom 1 has a King sized bed -Bedroom 2 has a Full sized bed (I need to update the pictures) -There is a single sized floor mattress available as needed and a couch that would sleep a smaller bodied person Buffalo Dream is not ideal for children between 5 months and 7 years old as it is not child proofed. If you have a special circumstance please send me a message and we can discuss to clarify whether either of my properties meet your needs. This is a culturally + ethnically rich city/urban neighborhood central to great restaurants, multiple neighborhoods to explore, 5 min from the 198 and 190 highways, 3 minutes from Wegmans super market, 5-10 minutes from The Japanese gardens, Delaware Park, multiple waterfront parks, SOL Day Club with an outdoor pool, restaurant and bar, museums and so much more!! 20 minutes from Niagara Falls 10 minutes to downtown There is also a front porch you can relax on. Guest access Guests have access to: -the entire 1st floor apartment -the front porch (shared) -basement for laundry -backyard (shared) Other things to note Sometimes the neighbors enjoy gathering outside and enjoying the warmer weather. Also, there are also occasional fireworks 🎆 that neighbors set off in the neighborhood but not on my street. The air conditioners hide any annoying outside noise well 🙌🏽 and ear plugs can be found in the bathroom vanity behind the mirror.
