The space This newly refurbished Victorian self-contained apartment has been tastefully decorated and is the perfect space to relax. Situated on a residential street this space is just a short walk from the sea and bustling St Leonard’s which hosts restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars. A 20 minute walk will take you to the heart of Hastings. During your stay you will have access to the whole apartment, including a bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom, kitchen, and living area with smart TV, comfortable sofa, dining table and work space. The kitchen is equipped with cooking apparatus and crockery and a range of spices should you wish to cook. Self check in and check out via lock box outside. No smoking / vaping / parties / pets / candles allowed. Sea views from living room and kitchen windows. *please note as of early July 2025 there is a scaffold on the property which obscures some views. The scaffold is due to be taken down shortly. I apologise for any inconvenience* Free on street parking. Six minute walk from st Leonard’s warrior square train station. Guest access You have access to the whole apartment.
