Quiet oceanfront cottage with a view of Cape Split

✨Time to slow down and relax! ✨Watch the worlds highest tides rise and fall right from your patio after a day of exploring Cape Split and the beautiful Annapolis Valley! Merrys Place is about 15mins by car from Canning (groceries, coffee, meat market, liquor, gas). 10 mins from Cape Split Trailhead and Scots Bay Provincial Park or The Lookoff, 20 mins to Blomidon Provincial Park and 30 mins to Kentville/New Minas/Wolfville. The space “Merrys Place” is located in a quiet cottage area. It’s on the beach, but please be aware there is a steep bank (approx30feet high) at the cottage. Its about a 5 minute walk to where you can gain easy access to the beach. Guest access You will have private use of the whole cottage during your stay. Other things to note Newly installed J-1772 Level 2 EV charger now onsite, available for guest use, free of charge. Outputs approximately 4kW, not the fastest but your here to slow down right? Merrys Place is pleased to provide sustainably sourced products for your use during your stay. Shampoo, soaps, cleaning products are sourced from a local shop in Kentville called Wholesum Refillery. They carry products such as ONEKA and PURE which are ecofriendly, use people and pet safe ingredients, less packaging, and are made in Canada to name a few feel good points! I am proud to support them by using their products, and you can be too!!! For a fee, items such as groceries can be stocked before your arrival.
