Welcome to The Crow's Nest! Freshly updated for 2022 with new paint and fixtures, this cozy 730 square foot 1BR 1Bath cottage overlooks Pirate's Cove with stunning views of Mt. Konocti in the background. Kick back with your cup of coffee in the morning on the wraparound deck, or enjoy a glass of wine underneath the stars at night. With a pull out couch in the living room, there is enough room for 4 people. This 2009 built cottage is in a quiet location outside of city limits. Enjoy viewing the wildlife from the deck, or the breathtaking starry skies at night. With very little light pollution, we promise your night time views to be one of a kind! Clear Lake is one the largest lakes in California, and the oldest lake in North America. The house offers one bedroom with a queen bed, and a pull out couch in the living room. Our kitchen offers all the basic utensils, electric oven/stove, refrigerator, and a dishwasher for cleaning up. A stackable washer and dryer set is available for laundry. The Keurig coffee bar is fully stocked with both coffee and tea. A few board games are under the coffee table, and while the TV is smart-enabled, you will need to login with your own account credentials. You will have access to the entire home. There is one off street parking spot included. I am available to contact through the app. ★ 15-STEP STAIRCASE TO THE HOUSE ★ To reach the cottage, you'll have to walk down 15 steps. We have provided motion activated lights along the entire path in case you check-in after dark ★ LAKE HOUSE CRITTERS ★ Due to our proximity to the lake, there are plenty of lizards and other animals that you will see during your stay. There are plenty of bugs that will be around too. A portable plug-in bug zapper is included to help alleviate these bugs if you wish to sit outside at night. All the windows are screened to allow you to enjoy the wonderful evening breezes. We also have a family of deer that regularly passes just below the deck. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★ I allow up to two well-trained dogs with a $50 pet fee. Cats and other pets are not allowed. Pets are to be kept off of furniture, and guests are responsible for any damage from their animals. Additionally, please pick up after your dog! There is room for them to roam along the hills that border the property, but please keep in mind there are no gates or fences set up. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
