Discover our Project 47, a quiet and welcoming place, designed to make you feel at home with all the comforts you need for a short or long stay. Enjoy a very well-equipped apartment (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer-dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, oven, microwave, hairdryer, etc.) that will allow you to travel light and stay with peace of mind in a well-designed haven. A public charging station is 20 m away. The space Located in the attic, on the 4th floor without an elevator, in a small, quiet building with 4 apartments, our very well insulated and air-conditioned accommodation includes a living room opening onto an open-plan kitchen, a laundry room (with washer-dryer), and a separate bedroom (with carpeted floor). An umbrella bed (with a comfortable mattress, duvet and flat pillow) and a high chair are also available for your child's comfort. The living room is equipped with a smart TV, a Marshall bluetooth speaker, and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests (the mattress protector, pillows, duvet and sheets are in the trunk under the sofa meridian). The Wi-Fi allows you to work in peace. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and a Nespresso machine (standard capsules). The bedroom includes a large double bed and closets. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment and can check in independently at the time of your choosing using a key box. You can park for free at the foot of the building on the road or in the adjoining square which has about 12 places as well as on the surrounding streets. It's usually easy to find a place to park.
