Family retreat in London - entire home and garden

Relax with the whole family in our peaceful home. With a spacious garden, close to public transport, and plenty of local attractions, it’s ideal for both relaxation and adventure. The proximity to parks, the beach at Ruislip Lido, and local restaurants makes it convenient for families. With off-road parking and super fast Wi-Fi, it is a wonderful place to unwind and explore London and beyond. An 8 minute walk to Ruislip Manor tube will take you into the heart of London in less than 30 minutes. The space Master bedroom (5 x 4m) with king bed, built in wardrobes and modern en-suite bathroom. Wooden shutters with pull down black out blinds ensure a great night's sleep. If required, we can supply a 'side-car' bedside crib with removable bassinet (SnuzPod) or a travel cot for larger babies/toddlers (Red Kite) - just let us know in advance if you require either the cot or the crib. Second bedroom (3 x 2m) with day bed that pulls out to a king double, with chest of drawers. When pulled out into a king, there is less space to walk around the bed, but there is a chest of drawers for your use and drawers of games and jigsaws under the bed. Third bedroom/office (3 x 2m) with sofa bed (small double) and work station with large monitor, a perfect spot to work if needed during your stay. There is central heating throughout the house for winter and each bedroom has vertical tower fans for your comfort in summer. Lounge: smart TV (Disney+, Amazon Prime, FreeSat), wooden coffee table, love seat for two, large and comfy L shape sofa. The main downstairs bathroom is brand new (December 2024) and features a generous walk in shower with Bristan thermostat overhead shower and separate wand, tall heated tower rail, backlit demister mirror with shaving socket, floating Grohe toilet and vanity unit, and underfloor heating. We also have a brand new kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, integrated fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. The washing machine and tumble drier are located in the garage. The rear dining room has also been fully refurbished and redecorated (December 2024) and overlooks the garden and decking, with a 2m long table to gather around, wooden full length bench on the sunny side and 4 comfy chairs on the other. Garden features a raised decking area, with lawn and children’s play area with climbing fort, slide and swings, covered sand pit (we change the sand every year at the beginning of the summer), and a jump-pro trampoline (new safety net fitted June 2023). Off road parking for 2 cars on front drive, free parking on the road. We have a Ring Video Doorbell (external) at the front of the house which covers the front entrance and driveway area and a Ring Video Security Light at the rear of the property over the garden (the garden camera and additional security lights can be disabled with walled power switches in the dining room). Interlinked Smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms fitted and tested; fire extinguisher; first aid kit; Gas Safety Certificate (Dec 2024); Fire Risk Assessment completed and recorded (Oct 2023). I Guest access Having the whole house and garden to yourself will make for a really relaxing getaway. Other things to note This is our main home that we rent while we are away, and we work really hard to ensure you enjoy your stay as much as we love living here! We have a 7 year old and a 16 month old, so if you want any toys or books left out we have plenty! Otherwise, everything is packed away neatly for you. There is a Ring security light with video camera in the rear garden; this and additional security lighting can be disabled for your stay via 2 walled switches in the dining room.
