Guests may still access the beach using the North Side Beach Access located at the north end of the resort. The covered parking garage is also under repair. For now, free guest parking is available in the south parking lot next to the resort. We appreciate your understanding as the building continues its restoration. Other things to note This private rental within the resort operates independently, with all bookings made directly between guests and the owner. Your cleaning fee, included in your payment, covers the initial cleaning and room preparation. It ensures that guests are provided with fresh towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and complimentary bathroom items. However, it is the guest's responsibility to maintain cleanliness, dispose of garbage, and utilize the coin laundry on the 2nd through 5th floors if additional towels are needed. For guests staying longer than two nights, it is advisable to bring your own necessary supplies. Please note that the cleaning fee does not include daily cleaning and supplies. After each check-out, the room will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the arrival of the next guests. The unit is adequately stocked with towels and supplies to accommodate a 2 or 3-day stay for up to 4 guests.
