Beautiful apartment in the historic center

A charming living-dining room with a sofa that turns into a sofa bed for a third guest, air conditioning and with two small balconies with newly installed windows to maintain the silence and comfort of the home. In addition, you will find a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a dressing area where you can also store your bags and without removing space from guests. Also, a fully renovated and complete bathroom for the toilet and care of our guests. Towards the end of our apartment we will find a small and complete kitchen where we can prepare rich meals and dinners after an amazing walk through the historic center or a day at the beach. Guest access - The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. - Once they have the keys, you can have free access to the entire house. Other things to note - If you land at the Valencia airport and are looking for how to get to the apartment, we can send you a door-to-door taxi, which will wait for you with your name on a paper for a fixed price of 28€. - Another option is to take the metro at the airport for 5 euros per person and get off at the "Xativa" station located just 10 minutes from the apartment. Subway hours are from 5.30 to 11.30 pm, every day with a frequency of 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the time. - If traveling by train, the Norte station is also at a 12 minute walk or you can take the number 27 bus to the Mercado Central, the apartment will be only a 3 minute walk away. If your destination is the Joaquín Sorolla AVE station, you can take bus number 27. Walking is 23 minutes away. - There are several underground public parking lots in the area. There is one in Plaza de la Reina and one in the Central Market. The price is around 3€ the hour and €20 the full day.
