You are within driving distance to several popular restaurants, hiking & biking trails and of course Sugarloaf Mtn. where you can hit the slopes or golf! Although shops and restaurants are only a 10 minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. The space New Listing this summer! This spacious house is perfect for your family to start making memories! You have the entire house to yourself with your own private driveway. You are on a quiet road with very little traffic. Admire the open-plan living space and take advantage of the multi living rooms for your extra guests (or kids!). The main floor features a living room, kitchen, separate dining room and plenty of closet/pantry space. Upstairs you will find a washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms (one bedroom has a queen and one bedroom has two twins) and a bathroom. Downstairs features a bathroom, a bedroom with two twin beds & trundles and a second living area! There is plenty of storage throughout the house for your food, clothes and accessories! Owners will consider one hypoallergenic dog but you must ask us ahead of time. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself.
