TRO #21-0285 This is for 1 unit called "Trestle". There are 2 units that can be rented separately or together Unit #1 "Trestle" and Unit #2 "Riverview". The units are owned by the Architects who designed and built them. Capitola Village is one of the most charming beach towns on the California coast and we are happy to put you right in the heart of it in great accommodations. You are a short walk or bike ride from the beach, bike and surf board rentals, many excellent restaurants and shops. The space There are two side by side units on the property, this reservation will be for one of the units. You will share a stairway and back yard if you are renting one unit. If you rent both you will have the property to yourself. You will have a private garage and laundry facilities and parking for 2 smaller cars (Large trucks and SUV's will need to park on the neighborhood streets or the City Lot directly across the street). The home is three stories so expect stairs, the garage is on the ground floor, living and kitchen on the second floor and master suite on the 3rd floor. There is a queen sleeper sofa on the 2nd level and 3rd level has 2 queen beds. There is a shared private patio with outdoor shower, BBQ and gas fire pit. Guest access Private Garage, Shared main stairway, Shared back yard, Private Living and sleeping. Other things to note The bedroom is a loft bedroom with two queen beds. While the loft bedroom is separated from the living area by a staircase, there is no door to the bedroom, but is very private. Our home does not accommodate animals, service animals or ESA's, due to allergies.
