Thanks for choosing my listing🙏 There has a few things you may concern: 1. **Tenancy Agreement & Registration** - we rent condo ( Not hotel ) in **monthly rentals** and will prepare a tenancy agreement for register you to the juristic office of condo as legal month-long tenants, and all residents should follow the condo regulations. - To legally register you as the tenant with the Condo Juristic Office, we require a **photocopy of your passport**. 2. **Room Preparation & Hygiene** - The room is fully prepared for move-in with **standard amenities** (including a complete set of bedding and towels). - If you have **specific hygiene requirements**, you may prefer to use your own bedding and towels. - Tenants are responsible for keeping their rooms **clean and tidy**. Paid maid service is available upon request (requires **1-2 days’ advance booking**). - Should you need additional basic utensils during your stay, kindly inform the landlord **in advance** for procurement arrangements. 3. **Initial Toiletries** - Basic toiletries (toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo) are provided upon arrival, sufficient for **approximately one week**. Subsequent supplies must be purchased by the tenant. 4. **Utility Bills** - For monthly rentals, **water, electricity, and internet bills are covered by the landlord**. - The standard electricity allowance is **2,000 THB/month**.
