Accessible via easily drivable dirt roads, Golden Hour Oasis is the perfect getaway for relaxation, stargazing, catching a sunrise, or soaking in the beauty of a golden hour sunset. The space Welcome to the Annex, a private guest suite within the serene Golden Hour Oasis, accessible via its own private entrance. Step into a comfortable living area with local art, and unwind on the plush full-sized memory foam bed. Additional sleeping options include a twin air mattress and a cozy couch. Enjoy the convenience of a full bathroom and a kitchenette featuring a refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine, tea kettle, and breakfast table. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided. There is also a 43” Samsung smart TV in the living area. Stay connected with high-speed Spectrum WiFi (450+ Mbps) and enjoy excellent cell reception throughout the property. Step outside the Annex and immerse yourself in the captivating private desert garden, spanning a third of our property. Discover an array of plant species and encounter wildlife like roadrunners, hummingbirds, doves, wrens, rabbits, and lizards. Relax and rejuvenate in the hot tub or gather around the propane fire pit under the stars. Find tranquility under the shade of the pine tree or take a stroll along the illuminated walking path. Enjoy dinner on the back covered patio, with a large dining table and a deluxe propane grill. Have your morning coffee or tea in the Annex porch area, with a hammock and seating area perfect for enjoying a morning sunrise. Venture further to discover an additional half-acre beyond the fenced garden, featuring an above-ground saltwater pool with a deck, Joshua Trees, cacti, a charming teahouse structure, and patio furniture. Please note that the two small back houses in the garden and the vintage RV are securely locked and unoccupied. Please note though this is a private apartment/annex, it shares a wall with the larger main house. My wife and I live in the main house, but your unit is secure and private. We always give guests their privacy relative to the outdoor spaces (garden, pool, hot tub, firepit, etc.). Guest access Annex guests will have full access to the private guest suite and outdoor property, with the exception of the main house, two locked back houses in the garden, as well as the locked vintage RV. Other things to note Early Check-In / Late Checkout (Subject to Host Approval and Availability): Want a little extra time? If our booking calendar allows, we offer early check-in or late checkout for $10 per extra hour. Just message us to confirm availability, and the fee request will be sent via Airbnb. Please Note: The Annex is separate from the main house and has its own entrance, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay. While the Annex shares a wall with the main house, you can rest assured that you will have a tranquil and undisturbed experience. It is however NOT suitable for children and offers no amenities for young children or infants. There’s also a strict “2 person occupancy” on the annex as set by San Bernardino County. Propane: For your enjoyment of the fire pit and BBQ, we will ensure that at least one of the two propane tanks is near full during your stay.
