NO FIREWORKS OR OPEN FIRES allowed on property. The house will sleep 7 comfortably and has central AC/heat, smart TV with local channels and WIFI. Recently updated floors, freshly painted inside and freshly painted new siding and trim on outside. NO SMOKING.A pet fee is charged. Only 1 small pet is allowed. Please pick up yard after your pet. Do not discard in our trashcan. Please dispose offsite. No pets on the furniture or left uncrated while unattended. Fish or other game animals must be cleaned outside and not discarded in trashcan.
