Beautiful single-story, 4-bedroom home in a quite neighborhood, perfect for family & friends! Just 15 minutes from both Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks Beach! Enjoy two livingrooms, a full kitchen, 2 King bedrooms and 2 more bedrooms (plus a sofa bed and futon) comfortable for up to 11 people. Swim in the pool, relax in the hot tub or make s'mores in the wood-burning fire pit! Feel free to message us with any questions. We look forward to hosting you :) The space Centrally located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, you'll arrive at a big driveway that fits 4 cars (or a boat, an RV - it's up to you!). Walk into a gorgeous living room with a huge sofa and a 65" Roku TV where everyone can enjoy movie night! Not to mention the wood-burning fireplace and quaint reading nook. Straight ahead is a dining table for 8, right next to the full kitchen, with everything you need for home cooked meals. Then a breakfast nook with a 4-person table to enjoy your morning coffee by the large picture windows. Glass double doors lead to the amazing backyard. Make s'mores in the wood-burning firepit or relax in the bubbling hot tub. Hang out on the cozy bench swing or cool off in the 19-foot pool. And don't forget the gas BBQ grill and picnic table - you'll practically never have to go inside! The house is great for privacy, with a split floor plan. On the left there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (including the Master Bedroom with a King bed, Roku TV, walk-in closet and private bathroom). On the right side of the house is the second Master Suite with a Queen bed and private bathroom. Plus it's own door to the backyard. But there's more! A second living room has a futon, big Roku TV and a desk for getting some work in. Other amenities include: - Fast wifi - Three Roku TVs for your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Plenty of free TV and movies to stream too. - Coffee and tea, including a coffee maker and electric kettle - Free on-site washer and dryer with laundry soap - 4 off-street parking spaces (free of course) Guest access You will have the entire house to yourselves, except for one locked hallway closet where our cleaners keep their supplies. Other things to note For stays between June and November (storm season in Florida), we recommend guests opt-in to travel insurance provided by Airbnb at checkout. While Clearwater is rarely affected by storms, trips cancelled due to weather will not be refunded, so should be covered by travel insurance.
