Bedroom has french doors onto terrace. Owner lives up stairs and available if needed. Gateway to the peninsular and wildlife. 5 minutes drive to the Octagon and supermarkets and cafes nearby. Please note accomodation is not suitable and I don’t accept children under 12 The space The apartment is the full downstairs of a large house built in the 1920’s. It gets great sun, has a good size bedroom overlooking the harbour. There is a full bathroom with shower over claw foot bath Toilet and shelving . Bathroom looks over the harbour. The living area has a kitchenette with full fridge freezer, microwave , plug in hot plate. There are kitchen utensils, toaster and jug. There is a queen bed in living space a sofa and an extending table. This space also looks over the harbour and out to the garden . There is a new heat pump in this space. Guest access Guests have full access to downstairs terrace. There is a lawn and table and chairs which have a view over the harbour and city .
