A clean, modern, spacious and stylish house across the road from the beach. The space Self-catering home (downstairs ONLY) with sea views, located across the road from the beach in Pearl Bay. The house has 4 en-suite bedrooms and accommodates 8 people. There is an inverter on the premises. If you have selected the 1 bedroom option, the other 3 bedrooms will be locked. If you booked this option, you will have access to the sea view bedroom (green). This room has a King size bed (UPON REQUEST we will separate the beds to make it 2 single beds). The house has an open plan living area with a fireplace and seaviews. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, flat screen smart TV, Netflix and Wifi. There are also games and books for your entertainment and reading. The living area has stacking doors to the outside entertainment braai area with an 8 seater table, patio furniture and 2 sun loungers. The entertainment area faces the garden which attracts bird life, butterflies and bumble bees. Guest access The guests have access to the areas mentioned under "Space".
