Cozy 2 Bedroom Home in Lake Linden

Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath home located on the main road through Lake Linden. This is a front house with an additional unit/ separate airbnb in the back. The only shared space is the driveway and backyard. Just 20 mins from Michigan Tech, 15 mins from Houghton and 10 mins from Calumet, surrounded by various hikes, campgrounds, lakes and waterfalls. The best thing about our location is the small town atmosphere while still being close to all the local festivities. The space I made this Airbnb for people who love the individuality of an Airbnb but the comfort of a nice hotel. The convenience of being in town but the peacefulness of being away from the crowds. Convenient location for quiet nature or fun nightlife. A fun mix of modern comforts with some vintage flare. I take great pride in this house and care very much about my guests experience. The house was built in 1905! This is a front house with an additional unit/ separate airbnb in the back. The only shared space is the driveway and backyard. Guest access This is the front house of a duplex. You will be sharing the driveway and backyard but the front house is entirely yours to enjoy. Other things to note The house is walking distance to a restaurant/ bar, gas station, park and campground! Very safe neighborhood. If you have any additional guests, the living room sofa folds down to a flat bed!
