The Azalea Room is a cozy, private room inside NOVA: a real, character-filled home in the heart of Raleigh, lovingly opened to guests by our homeowner for 4+ years. You’ll have a furnished room with a dedicated desk, plus access to a coworking lounge, full kitchen, onsite laundry, free parking, and multiple common areas. Ideal for professionals, remote workers, digital nomads, and travelers who prefer a warm home base over a generic hotel—especially for longer stays. 🥰🏡 The space ~10min to downtown Raleigh or Cary, ~12min to RDU or RTP, ~5min to NC State & Lake Johnson Park. ☀️ Guest access Your private room is all yours. The kitchen, coworking lounge, dining room, living room, and laundry are shared with fellow guests and tidied through regular cleaning rounds. It’s a lived-in, welcoming home…the kind that feels better the longer you stay! 🏡💕 During your stay Your assigned online community assistant is generally available M-F 10a-5p. Onsite attendants make regular rounds for restocking and upkeep. 🫡 Other things to note NOVA is a real home, not a hotel. It has genuine warmth and the occasional imperfection that comes with a lived-in home shared by real humans. We ask all guests to help keep common areas tidy between regular cleaning rounds so everyone feels at home! 🙏 Azalea is a downstairs room past the garage/laundry area…note that downstairs rooms are a tad cooler.
