The building is in immaculate condition and the experience continues on entry into this special home. The main living area is made up of three rooms but the flow from the kitchen through the lounge to the dining room is uninterrupted by wide original Art Deco sliding doors and openings. The eye is drawn to the Sydney Harbour and water views through the large dining room window. Light streams in and the apartment is fresh and appealing. The newly renovated and stylish kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee pod machine and boiling /cold and sparkling water on tap. Guest access You will have access to the entire property during your stay. Other things to note Before booking, please note the lift will be NOT OPERATIONAL between Aug 8- Nov 5. while they replace the old one for a new one. We are on the top-floor (4 flights of stairs). Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available.
