The covered porch has cigar and cigarette ashtrays and the perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee. Guest space includes the house, fenced in yard Pup Oasis and the pool (shared with host). You will have access to view the sanctuary animals. But interacting/giving them treats must be coordinated with the host due to safety/health concerns for the animals. And, of course, your safety. So you aren’t surprised….We also have 5 house dogs, all rescue mutts. We have a fenced in area for when they do need to go outside. The 4ft wooden fence does double duty and is also part of the fence that is around the Oasis. Our dogs will bark and the giant sized rescue puppy we picked up off the street a few months ago can get his head over the fence. He is an adorable love bug but might startle you. If our dogs cause you or your dogs stress just let me know when your dogs are out and I’ll make sure mine are in. We are located in the country on the outskirts of Caledonia, MS. No large parties allowed and quiet hours are between 10pm-6am, Sun-Thurs and Midnight-0700 Fri-Sat. Family gatherings, respectful of property rules, are welcome. Pets are welcome in the designated guest areas. Fences and gates were put in so you don't have to leave your furry babies behind. They are only allowed in the Farm Animal Sanctuary area if they are properly restrained. Some of the rescues we have were attacked by various animals and have recovered. This is their safe place.
