Other things to note We need to know the amount of people that will be staying at the property and we limit that amount to 10 assuming that the 5 beds are Being shared by two people. We do not allow events or parties unless we are previously contacted and come to some form of an agreement. We can consider accommodating specific requests for additional fees. Dogs MUST also be REQUESTED in advance and we do have a cleaning fee additional for them. Dogs must be house trained and are not allowed on the furniture and not allowed to be left in the property loose alone.
