Ca’ Sartori – Venice Canal View Apartment

It also offers a beautiful view of the canal below, enhancing its charming atmosphere. The space The apartment is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a large entrance hall/living area with stairs leading to the first floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, a second with two single beds, a small desk, and a TV, and a third, more spacious bedroom with a large double bed that can also be arranged as two single beds upon request. The sleeping area is served by a shared full bathroom and a smaller shared bathroom with a toilet and sink. In addition, the largest bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower and sink. Also on the first floor, you will find the living room, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a TV, and a large dining table. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. On the ground floor, there is also a children’s playroom, which can also be used as a laundry area if needed. For larger groups, the adjacent apartment Ca’ Venier can accommodate an additional 6 guests, allowing everyone to stay comfortably together while still enjoying separate spaces. Guest access At check-in, guests are required to pay the tourist tax in cash: €4 per person per night for adults and €2 per person per night for guests aged 10 to 16. Check-in is free of charge from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, a €30 surcharge applies. From 10:00 PM to midnight, the surcharge is €50. Other things to note Please follow the rules for the separate collection of waste. In Venice the waste is delivered directly to the street sweeper, who passes by every morning from 9:30/10:00 and rings the bell to collect the garbage. In the kitchen you will find a sign for separate waste collection. In the event that you are unable to deliver the garbage directly to the street cleaner it is necessary to leave it in the public bins.
