The spacious & cozy room is elegantly furnished with tons of natural light. The bathroom is private and spacious and has a bathtub. The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a renewed brownstone, has very high ceilings and ton of natural light. The Subway lines A/C are about an 8 minute walk and the G line is about 10 minutes away. The A/C lines take you to lower manhattan in 15 minutes and to midtown in about 35 minutes. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances which are available for your use including fridge and cupboard space. There are several groceries stores around the area to get supplies from. There is a washer and dryer in the unit so feel free to wash anything you need free of cost. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment's private rooftop where you can relax and nap on the hammock or grill something delicious while watching the NYC skyline and Brooklyn's killer views! During your stay I live in the apt (it's a 2 bed/2 bath) so am always available to help, assist and guide you through anything that comes up. The apartment is a very quiet, clean, spacious, and relaxing environment. I will always be available through text, email, or phone. Other things to note There are cats in the apt.
