This home is surrounded by nature and the outlook is a never ending waterfront, and the view over Discovery Passage is an ever moving pallet. The space This is a single level two bedroom home situated on a bluff overlooking the Campbell River waterfront with a vista to coastal mountains to the north. It has views to the west, north and east, and vista lays witness to the sunrise each day. There is a waterside main bedroom with a Queen bed, adjoining ensuite bath with both shower and tub, the second bedroom also is fitted with a Queen, and shares a bathroom with the rest of the house. This bath is a shower/tub combination. In the living room (which is quite separate) has a Queen sofa bed that can accommodate a further two persons. The other rooms are a dinning room, a family room with Chromecast TV, a kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a coffee/breakfast nook adjacent the kitchen with an open concept family room that has a sliding glass door giving access to the deck outlook. Guest access Access is via a door code confirmed after booking, access is 24/7. Other things to note This is a two story home, though only the top floor is rented. For larger group sizes, the bottom floor can be included in a rental for an additional cost. this includes a Queen bedroom, and bathroom with combination tub/shower
