GPS coordinates: 50°03'28”N / 1°22'12”E The space The accommodation consists of: On the ground floor: - an equipped kitchen open to the living room and dining room with fireplace (bioethanol) and heat pump heating - a master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm queen size bed (260 x 240 duvet; 60 x 60 pillows) and its bathroom with shower, sink, large mirror, storage, hair dryer, electric towel dryer and toilet - laundry room with washing machine - spacious veranda with rattan garden furniture - covered terrace with garden table and chairs - sunny terrace with garden table and chairs, parasol - garden of approximately 400 m² with barbecue and 5 deckchairs; a swing for children. Upstairs: - a second bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm (140 x 200 duvet; 60 x 60 pillows) - a third bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm queen size bed (260 x 240 duvet; 60 x 60 pillows) - a fourth bedroom with a single bed 90 x 190 cm (duvet 140 x 200; pillow 60 x 60) - a bathroom with shower, sink and bathtub; storage, mirror, electric towel dryer, changing table - a separate toilet - workspace on the upstairs landing, Wi-Fi available. The desk can easily be moved to bedroom 4 to work in a closed room and enjoy the view. Guest access Check-ins start at 4:00 pm. Self check-in with secure key lockbox. Checkouts are before 10:00 a.m. Guests will have access to the entire space, except for a closet and garden shed. A lockable room will be available outside to store your bikes, surfboards or other items. Parking is on the street and is free. Other things to note IMPORTANT Bed and bath linens are not provided, but are available for rent. Kit €12 per person. Beds made on arrival. The kit consists of: - Fitted sheet/duvet cover/pillowcases. - Shower sheet and small towel. - Kitchen towels and bath mats are included. - ACCESSIBILITY OF THE HOUSE: steps (easy to climb) lead to the front door of the house (see photos). Parking is easily done on the street and is free. For the little ones: baby bed (bed linen not provided), highchair, changing table with mattress, baby bath, safety barrier for children's bed can be provided upon request. Games.
