SOLENTA - Luxury 5 Bedroom House with Sea Views

Solenta is a luxurious five-bedroom coastal property just outside Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight, sleeping up to 10 guests. Four bedrooms feature zip-and-link beds for twin or super king-size setups, while the fifth has a king-size bed and has two bathrooms. This spacious home has a 1st floor lounge with panoramic Solent views, a sleek open-plan kitchen and a bright glass-roofed conservatory. The south-facing garden has patio furniture and a BBQ, with private parking for up to three vehicles. The space Ground Floor To the right of the front entrance is a kitchen (Galley) and the open plan diner area (Deck) leading through to a glass roofed conservatory with seating and the enclosed garden with patio furniture and a BBQ and the parking area. To the left of the hallway are two large double bedrooms, (Port and Starboard). These can be made up as super kings or as twins. The room to the left (Port) has 2 working desks with lamps in the bay window. On this floor there is a shower room (Buoy) with toilet and basin and off the conservatory there is a utility room (Anchor) with an additional toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and there is dining seating for 10. Travel cots and high chairs are available upon request. Upstairs At the top of the stairs to the left - overlooking the Solent is the main lounge (Bridge Room) with panoramic views of the Solent. This room contains sofa and arm chair seating with coffee tables, Smart TV with Netflix, binoculars and has dimmable lighting. Floor standing lamps provide extra reading lights. There is a smaller double at the top of the stairs (Sails) overlooking the garden which is usually set-up as a twin room though can be made into a double. There is another smaller double bedroom (Compass) also overlooking the garden which is a fixed king sized bedroom. This bedroom also has a basin. The master bedroom (Lighthouse) overlooks the Solent and can be set-up as a superking bed or as 2 singles. This bedroom also has a basin. The bathroom (Porthole) on this floor is a family bathroom with toilet, basin and a shower over the bath.
