** PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE BOOKING ** The flat is located on the 2nd floor (USA: 3rd floor) on a quiet street in the green residential area of Wilrijk. Both bedrooms face the street but there's very little traffic. It's bright and cozy. The living areas are in a large open-space design. No upstairs neighbours. There is no elevator, no cable TV, no microwave, and no A/C. I'm the host of two identical flats on the two floors below, which, if available, can be combined. The space The apartment is open, bright and colourful. One room has a queen-sized bed (160x200) and a large walk-in closet (4m of closet space!), the second room has a single bed (90x200). This apartment only fits 3 people maximum! There is no smoking of any kind inside. You must physically go outdoors to smoke. Other things to note There is a no-shoes inside policy, so bring indoor slippers if you like. 10 towels (3 large (70x140), 3 medium (50x100), 3 small (40x60), 1 makeup/face cloth (30x50)) will be provided per person, as well as a bathmat. The beds will be made upon arrival. An extra set of bed sheets will be provided for stays of more than 1 week. Towels and sheets are changed every two weeks. For long stays, there will also be a cleaning every two weeks. Weekly cleaning is possible at an additional cost. There is a washer but *no dryer*, I do provide a drying rack. You are expected to bring or purchase your own laundry detergent. Please refrain from using fabric softener (it's detrimental to the machine & lowers the absorbency of towels) Amenities not listed will not be provided, so please make sure to read the list. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. If you want hotel services, please book a hotel. If you want a cosy home away from home with a friendly host, book this!
