This 2 bedroom villa with private pool is located along Soi Mangosteen, a safe and tranquil neighborhood in the south of Phuket. The space The villa is designed with an open-plan living and dining area which opens to the pool. Both bedrooms are fully furnished with king size beds, wardrobes and dressing tables, etc. Kitchen is equipped with electric hob and hood, microwave oven and basic cooking necessities and equipment for your convenience. Guests can also enjoy exclusive time with family and friends in your own private space to have meals alfresco and late night drinks by your own private pool. Each villa has • 2 bedrooms (one bedroom comes with a king sized bed & another bedroom comes with a king sized bed with another single bed) • En-suite bathrooms for all rooms • Living room, kitchen & dining area Sleeping Arrangements for 6: • Bedroom One (facing swimming pool): 1 King Size Bed (sleeps 2) • Bedroom Two (not facing swimming pool): 1 King Size Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1) • Living Room: 1 Sofa (not a sofa bed) (sleeps 1) You can consider renting both villas so that a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 swimming pools, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchen would be for your use. Double the fun. Guest access The villa and pool is exclusive for the use of the guest during the entire stay. Other things to note Electricity utility is charged at 7 THB/ per unit (kwh) to be borne by you. 7,000 THB per week cash as deposit is required at check in. The deposit is refundable after deducting the electricity usage at check-out. We will take a photo of the electricity meter together at your arrival and again at check-out. From our past guests experience, the average consumption is approximately 500 THB per day. This estimate covers reasonable usage, for example. the aircon in each room is used during the evening/night. However if you leave the aircon and lights always on, you should expect to pay a higher electricity bill.
