Away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, but with all the amenities within reach. 5 minutes from Sitges or Vilanova Beach, your choice The space As this is our primary residence, you'll find locked areas. That's where we keep our belongings A semi-detached corner house. One street faces a park and the other street faces the road. Faces south-east. Very bright and comfortable. It's a modern design house at different levels, so it's not tiring to climb the stairs. On Level 0, we find the entrance and on the left a closed door where the garage was and that we have transformed into the office where my husband works; here we will check in. You'll find some stairs that go up and others that go down Basement level: Cellar (private access, locked) Heated pool and garden terrace (access is locked to prevent children from entering without adult supervision) Level 1: Kitchen with terrace. On the terrace there is a table where you can have dinner, breakfast or a drink. From 5 pm in summer it is cool and in winter, breakfast time is the best time A large living-dining room with two windows that make it very bright Level 2: Two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub Level 3: Suite room with shower and unfurnished terrace. This room has a large closet. Two locked doors that keep our things safe. Guest access Restricted areas of the house to store our belongings: Wardrobe in the suite room, two locked doors. In the basement area you will find another locked room (cellar) Sliding door under the stairs. You can enjoy the rest of the house during your stay. Other things to note Canyelles is a small town, but where a large number of inhabitants are concentrated. Located in the downtown area, easy access. Right in front there is a park, where young people often gather. If you are looking for absolute tranquility, this is not the place. We're thrilled to offer you our home for your vacation.
