Spacious house (140 m2) quiet and without neighbors, with a large sheltered terrace facing south that will delight your barbecues/grills with family, 10 min from the ocean, 5 min from the lakes and 2 min from the shops. The space 3 bedrooms including a master suite, a large living room, two bathrooms, a large open kitchen, an office, a piano, a vegetable garden, a cat, a toy library for young and old, a video projector for family movie sessions. Guest access The whole house Other things to note The vegetable garden will be watered automatically, you are free to harvest the vegetables and take care of them for the next guests. A red cat may come and visit you. Her name is Zoé, her kibble and water are distributed automatically, she prefers to live outside and will come to cuddle you if she feels confident. Cleaning is included, sheets and towels on request
