If something has spilled, please clean it up immediately afterwards ● Towels: Place all used towels in the hamper. ● Furniture: If you’ve moved any furniture, you must move them back to their original location. ● Make sure to take all your items with you. Make sure to double check items that you may have left in the refrigerator, backyard, garage, washer/dryer, and the kitchen cabinets. People often leave items in these areas. ● Check-Out: Please turn off all lights in the home. Put AC to 78. Please lock the front door after you leave, and put the key back in the lock box. Please make sure the lock box is locked. ● $25 penalty if you lose the key. - No parties/events/gatherings - Quiet hour after 10pm - Fireplace is non-operational - No pets. - No smoke inside of the property - No drugs inside of the property (including medical cannabis). Violation of these rules will result in $500 penalty An additional $200 penalty will be applied if there is lost items or damage done to the home to pay for any rush repair services or purchases. If the value of the damages, lost items and repairs are higher than $200, the full amount shall be charged to the guest accordingly. Pets: No pet, a $400 penalty will be applied if guests violate this rule
