Take advantage of the full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the cooking utensils needed to cook your meals at the cabin. With ample space to park and enough room for our guest to turn around; it makes it easy to come and go down the mountain! Enjoy nature in an excellent location! Wears Valley Park, located less than five minutes from the cabin, is a fantastic destination for outdoor recreation and family fun. The park features a well-maintained playground that children will love, along with a basketball court and a tennis court for those looking to engage in some friendly competition. Additionally, there is a baseball field and plenty of green space for picnics, frisbee, or simply relaxing in the sun. With its variety of amenities and beautiful surroundings, Wears Valley Park offers a perfect setting for a day of leisure and activity. Private short walking trail that takes you down to a beautiful natural spring. This spring creates a small babbling brook down the side of the property that you can sit and relax to on the bench at the bottom of the trail. Guest access Parking Notes: We have a paved driveway and the parking is FLAT in front of the cabin. There is ample space to park and turn around in our driveway which is important in cabin rental safety. Other things to note OUR FAMILY IS HYPOALLERGENIC THEREFORE NO PETS OR ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND AND ALSO FINED FOR ADDITIONAL DEEP CLEANING AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES. * Please be aware that while we do offer free Wi-Fi and a cell phone booster; it is not guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. This is common in the mountains and we recommend that you bring a hotspot if you need Wi-Fi for work. Most cell phone providers get a decent signal at this cabin. There will be no refund for interruptions in Wi-Fi service. * ONLY taking reservations with customers with reviews. *NO more than 4 adults, 6 people total allowed (please message if you have any questions) * NO EVENTS or Family reunions *We have a bear proof trash can in the parking area that all trash must be placed in a properly closed! DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE AT ALL UNLESS IN BEAR PROOF TRASH CAN. There will be a $200 fee for trash if found on the property.
